Vinny Cha$e is something new in the world of Hip Hop. Although he is relatively new to writing and performing, the Harlem native has proved to be an inspiring voice of a creative niche in the emerging generation of New York rappers. He has a unique view on the world based heavily on growing up in Harlem and his first occupations as a videographer/photographer and art & fashion designer.

Vinny first started in the music industry as a director for music videos and hip hop documentaries for popular names such as Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Cam’ron and Juelz Santana. After spending years behind the lens observing and learning from the best, he was completely inspired and developed an appreciation for wordplay and rap from these icons of the format. Since 2011, Vinny has been gaining a following since the release of his debut mixtape, “The Plaza” followed by “Survival of the Swag” in early 2012 and the collaboration mixtape with Soulja Boy “Double Cup City” in June of 2012, “Golden Army” and “Kings Landing” in 2013.
